Refund Policies

1. Return Process

The return process allows customers to return a purchased product to the store, whether it does not meet their expectations or has defects. This applies in cases of Purchase Regret or Product Damage. In both scenarios, refunds or reimbursements are processed according to the original payment method.

2. Requesting a Return

For products sold and delivered by the San Chayil Store, return requests can be made directly through our email at hellosanchayilshop.com@sanchayilshop.com 

3. Right of Withdrawal

a) Customers may request a return within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
b) The return can be processed at a post office or collected from home, at the customer’s discretion, within 7 (seven) days of receipt.
c) All products and any promotional gifts must be returned.
d) After 7 (seven) days from receipt, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

4. Defective/Damaged Products

a) For defective products, the period varies: up to 30 (thirty) days for non-durable goods and 90 (ninety) days for durable goods.
b) The return must include all products and any promotional gifts.
c) A technical assessment will confirm the reported damages.
d) The technical assessment may take up to 3 weeks after the package arrives at the Distribution Center.

5. Refunds and Reimbursements

a) Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

b) Receiving times after technical analysis:

6. General Provisions

Refunds are not approved in the following situations:

  • When the customer did not receive the product after 3 delivery attempts by the post office.
  • If the customer provided an incorrect address.
  • When the product is not returned in the same condition as it was shipped, properly sealed and unused.
  • If the customer refuses to resend the product to the designated Distribution Center.
  • If the customer requests a refund before receiving the product.

Approved Refunds:

Refunds are approved in the following situations:

  • In cases of logistical error, loss, or theft of merchandise during delivery.
  • If the customer returns the product in perfect condition, sealed, within 7 days of receipt.
