Exchange and Return Policies

Our Product Exchange Policy

Our product exchange policy aims to provide customers with complete assurance regarding the products purchased in our store. All our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. We also exchange products that differ from those ordered by the customer.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a different product from what you ordered, please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:

  1. Notify our team about the issue by emailing hellosanchayilshop.com@sanchayilshop.com. Send clear photos or videos of the defective or incorrect product within 3 days of receipt. Note that we will not process exchanges or refunds after this period.

  2. Your complaint will be reviewed within a maximum of 2 business days. If the issue is confirmed, we will contact you by email, and you may choose one of the following options:

    • Receive a refund of the amount paid.
    • Receive a new product identical to the one ordered.
    • Receive a product of similar value.
    • Receive a coupon with the product's value for future purchases.

Exchanges for Incorrect Size

We do not exchange products for size issues. We provide product measurements in centimeters to help avoid sizing errors. Please check or reach out to us if you have any questions.

According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, retailers are not legally required to exchange items due to consumer dissatisfaction with color, size, model, or any other non-defect-related reason. The consumer's right under the Consumer Protection Code is limited to exchanges for defective products.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will contact you within 48 business hours with the necessary instructions. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use. If this condition is not met, we will not process the return.

Important Note: If the request is not made within 7 days of receipt, the customer forfeits the right to an exchange or return.

Shipping Costs: For exchanges, the customer is responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation: Requests to cancel a purchase must be made within 24 hours of payment.

Criteria for Exchange or Return: For a product to be eligible for an exchange or return, it must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must show no signs of use.
  • All original packaging must remain intact.
  • The product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
  • We will not exchange items that have been damaged or modified by the customer.

Incorrect Address: For address issues:

  • If the package is already in transit, the recipient’s address cannot be changed. If the package is returned to the sender due to an address error, any new shipping costs will be charged to the customer, even if free shipping was initially provided.
  • In cases of lost packages or delivery issues related to the carrier, a new shipment will be requested, and the delivery time will restart.
